In the course of serving as RIB's Senior Financial Consultant and Operations Director, he developed a systematically organized process and a highly productive approach to mortgage financing... He progressively also developed uniquely formularized approaches to investment banking as well as strategically sound and well balanced investment portfolio management formats focusing on both income and progressive growth oriented holdings... He then also formularized the business acquisition process to fit various needs and created a systematic approach for productively dealing with each progressive phase of business opportunity pursuits... combined with ethics have been known to be the criteria of professionalism. In tune with
such aspects, Mr. Petri has always strived to conduct himself in an examplinary fashion,
not only by maintaining high standards of professionalism, but also by continually
expanding the boundaries of professionalism through consistent productivity, creativity,
and proficiency, coupled with a keen sense of logic and common sense. Mr. Petri's
early education began in Eastern Europe, as the son of a renowned impresario and the
foremost prima donna of the light operetta in both Eastern Europe and on the Hungarian
circuit in the United States. Unlike his family, Mr. Petri did not pursue artistic
endeavors past his childhood years, nor the business aspects of entertainment past his
late teens, but he is grateful to have had the opportunity for entertainment &
theatrical productions to be his introduction to the business world, having learned every
aspect of the international production process first hand from his father, who has been
largely responsible for the development of the Hungarian theatrical productions throughout
the United States & Canada, and has successfully produced cabaret entertainment and
light operettas for over 40 years, with highly acclaimed performances by both local
artists and international stage personalities, as well as major musical groups &
orchestras contracted from Europe. After his mid-level education in the USA on the East
Coast, Mr. Petri's early exposure to business was connected with entertainment and
theatrical production, from which he went on to other fields beginning in the late
1960's. His earlier pursuits of higher education was in conjunction with his business
activities and working "on the job", beginning in marketing & sales and
later in business management. He expanded his formal education through University
Extension courses and trade schools on the West Coast during the late 60's, early
70's and later in the mid 90's. He has also conducted extensive personal studies
in a wide variety of subjects through the years, including business & financial
management, real estate, finance, contracts & torts, accounting, marketing &
sales, and stock brokerage and investments, among other subjects. After meeting trade
licensing requirements, Mr. Petri became active during the 1970's and 1980's in
both real estate and business brokerage in conjunction with his other business and service
activities. Having arrived to a business development specialist career status during the
mid 1980's, Mr. Petri from that point on chose to further pursue overall business
& financial growth development and related service activities. In order to round out
his investment consulting capacity and further broaden his expertise and enhance his
overall business & financial growth development and management consulting
capabilities, Mr. Petri, during the mid-1990's, has also successfully completed the
NASD Stockbroker's General Securities Representative series 7 and General Principal
series 24 courses. Although Mr. Petri has studied a wide variety of business &
financial management subjects through the years, his conscientious studies were not
general attempts at earning higher degrees in education, but were rather connected with
furthering his professional career and business activities at certain points.
Subsequently, within his first ten years of running major business operations, it was the
wide scope & depth of knowledge developed through his extensive "practical
experience" that has actually earned Mr. Petri the equivalent of a masters degree in
business, but considering his broad range of experience and expertise developed over the
past three decades, he has since then earned more like the equivalent of a doctorate in
business development & management. As a culmination of that experience, he has written a comprehensive 800 page growth development & operations manual and a dynamic 400 page business opportunity field & acquisition process handbook, both of which have been catalogued as literary works & publications in the Library of Congress and are currently distributed & sold through mail-order and also online on the internet. In 1994, Mr.
Petri has completed writing the first publication of his reference book on "The In's & Out's in Business
Opportunities" and in 1996 completed the first publication of his business development book & manual on "The Ways & Means of Operations and
Business Growth Development", both of which have since past 2nd and 3rd publications... Having often been referred to as a business architect,
Mr. Petri intends to continue to formularize & structure the ways and means for successful operational activities and overall growth development pursuits in business. |
PERSONAL VIRTUES & CHARACTER |
<> On a personal level, Mr. Petri has enjoyed relatively all manner of life styles and is somewhat of a world traveler. He has engaged in all manner of social activities & events to date, not only private and charitable, but also corporate and political, and has been socially involved through the years at most levels. He has also been a member of various charitable organizations through the years as listed in Who's Who in California/1983 and in earlier publications of The Blue Book and Personages and in various later Who’s Who publications to date… From an abstract point of view, with a touch of semantics, Mr. Petri can be described as a man who can easily relate to most anyone's problem, objective, or position, since, in a phrase, he's a man who has worn most of the "hats" and filled most of the "shoes" in the course of his personal pursuits and business endeavors to date. To Mr. Petri, such paraphrasing simply means that "the hats" should always be "worn with style" and "the shoes" should always be "filled with solidarity". He's always been determined to meet new challenges head on and he always insists on handling matters productively in whatever the role is before him. Once he consents to become involved in a situation, Mr. Petri is the type of person who will excel and exhibit optimum productivity in the performance of the functions required under the circumstances. On a personal basis, Mr. Petri innately exhibits a dynamic presence and has tremendous strength of character, but personally, he attributes his obvious creativity and sound logic, coupled with his relentless desire to always demonstrate & achieve higher degrees of productivity, as the virtues that have propelled his overall accomplishments. His sound logic and determination will undoubtedly continue to propel his efforts to always maintain high levels of productivity in the course of his future business and service activities.
